Life coaches work with individuals who have a baseline wellness. They help to meet you where you are at and help to overcome road blocks and challenges, as well as identify what you really want out of life through setting goals. The coaching relationship provides support to develop skills, seek resources and create a more satisfying life.
Counselors work with clients to help explore and process through events in the past and present that have shaped your behaviors and experiences. Additionally, they are trained and licensed to diagnosis and help treat disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Contact me via phone or e-mail at DenaHenry@HonestLifeCoaching.com. I will go over pertinent information related to care, and then direct you to my client portal to fill out the necessary paper work to begin our life coach partnership.
I do not provide in person coaching services. Sessions are conducted via phone, or through a secure HIPPA compliant video format. I leave it up to each individual to decide how they would like to meet for sessions.
I typically recommend weekly sessions to start. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes.
